Welcome back! This week we have an awesome short conversation from one of our #ShopfloorHeros from Hobbycraft Reading. Store colleague Ela has shown great customer service whilst engaging with the store's customers on Twitter.
In this example the customer has reached out to their local store to share their finished make.
This is fantastic as it shows there is already a good relationship between the store and the customer.
It is also great to see customers sharing projects they are working on or have completed which they purchased in store.
Store colleague, Ela, from Hobbycraft Reading has responded to the customer in an encouraging way and has ensured to ask the customer about their next project.
Customer, Joanne, has responded and has mentioned that her daughter is planning on starting another cross-stitch design.
Hobbycraft Reading has asked the customer to share any future progress. This is great as it encourages further conversation with the customer.
A few days later, the customer, Joanne has gone on to share another of her daughter's finished cross-stitches.
Why is this a #ShopfloorEngage favourite?
-Interest in the customer's project.
-Good use of a personal sign-off from store colleague Ela.
-Ela has ensured to respond to the customer quickly within the same day.
-Encouraging the customer to share future makes has resulted in the customer reaching out to the store again. This is great as it contributes towards a good relationship between the customer and the store.
From all of us here at SocialRetail Group, have a great weekend!
