This week's #ShopfloorHeroes will feature three of the great broadcasts we have seen over the past few weeks. As we are fast approaching the spooky season we have seen some fab content from stores surrounding Halloween! Specifically, we have seen store's offering their customers great inspiration in regards to the crafts and projects they could have a go at this Halloween.
Offering your customers inspiration on what they could create with the products in your store is a fantastic way to encourage your followers to head in to store and have a go for themselves.
Hobbycraft Guiseley have shared this fantastic photo of a maché pumpkin that store manager has decorated. This is great as it shows how customers can transform products that are sold in store.
Hobbycraft Guisley have ensured to include a question in the broadcast to ask their customer how they would decorate their maché pumpkin. A use of a question is a great way to encourage conversation with your customers.
Guiseley have also used local and brand compliant hashtags which is a great way to reach out to local people on Twitter who may be using these local hashtags also.
Here is another great example of a seasonal broadcast we have seen from a Hobbycraft store over the past few weeks.
Hobbycraft Southampton have even included a photo of a colleague in their tweet which is great as it lets the store's customers know who works in their local store and also what expertise they may have. For example store colleague Nickie has knitted the pumpkin featured in the tweet therefore customers may want to pop into store to ask Nickie for advice of guidance in their knitting projects.
