It's nearly the weekend but before you sign-off for the day we are back to bring you another #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost!
This week's hero store is Hobbycraft Northampton for their seasonal themed broadcasts and conversations over the past few weeks. It is great to see the store getting into the festive spirit and sharing some great content in regards to Christmas for their followers on Twitter.
The following broadcast is a great example of how store's can keep their customers updated with events and demos happening in their local store. We love this great photo of store colleague Kayleigh for Hobbycraft Northampton's advent truck workshop as it is a great way to let customers know what to expect at the workshop.
During the workshop the store also shared a photo of store colleague Kayleigh and a customer painting the advent trucks. Northampton have used this broadcast to encourage their customers to also check out some of the other workshops they will be doing for Christmas.
Following this blogpost, Hobbycraft Northampton's customer Sue has responded to the tweet to share her finished advent truck. Store colleagues Ams has responded to Sue in an encouraging way and has also asked if Sue will be attending any more of the workshops. This is great as helps to build a relationship between the store and the customer and encourages further conversation.
Northampton have also gone on to share the customer's make on their Twitter using the #amazingcustomer hashtag. This is fantastic!
Hobbycraft Northampton ROCKS! It is awesome to see store's showing great enthusiasm towards their customer's makes as this is a great way to build a good relationship between the store and the customer.
