We can't believe that this will be our 22nd #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost! Similarly to last week, this week we have picked out another hero store. That store being, Hobbycraft Stratford-upon-Avon.
Hobbycraft Startford-upon-Avon's grand opening is on the 26th October and during the build up to this they have been sharing some awesome content with their followers. It has been great see the store build a good rapport with people in their local area, we particularly loved this short conversation between the store and a local girl guiding group in Stratford.
It's good to see the store using personal sign-offs and also encouraging future engagement by prompting the customer to share their makes.
Another good conversation we have seen began when the store's local customer commented on one of their broadcasts. The customer mentioned how excited they were for the store opening.
Both of these conversations are a good example of how stores can use Twitter to keep their local community updated with events that are happening in-store. They also offer the opportunity to offer customers great customer service not only in store but also through social media platforms such as Twitter as-well.

It is fantastic to see the store using questions to encourage further conversation with its customers and also consistently being up-beat and enthusiastic about the store opening.
In both conversations the store have also ensured to respond as promptly as possible to the customers.
We want to wish Hobbycraft Stratford-upon-Avon good luck with their grand opening tomorrow, we hope it's awesome!
