It's that time of the week again! As we are fast approaching Black Friday, we wanted to feature some of the awesome broadcasts we have started to see from Hobbycraft stores in the build up to the event.
Using local Twitter to communicate offers happening company-wide is a great way to let your customers know what products and offers are available in their local store. In the past few days we have seen some awesome broadcasts from a variety of Hobbycraft stores featuring some of the Black Friday offers that Hobbycraft currently have on.

Each of the stores have ensured to feature colleagues in their tweets. It's great to see stores using these colleague features to let their customers know which products individual store colleagues have selected as their favourites. It is also great to see stores being creative and using hand-made signs to let their customers know where the Black Friday deals are when they come into store.
Hobbycraft Bedford have made sure to use good quality photos in their broadcasts as-well as more of a close up of the product mentioned in the tweet. This is good as it allows customers to clearly view the product before coming into store and also enables them to see the price.
All of the stores have also ensured to use local and brand compliant hashtags in their tweets. Local hashtags enable stores to reach out to customers in their local area who may also be using or following these hashtags.
We love this tweet from Newton Abbott because it features some awesome products as well as a colleague feature and includes a thought provoking question which may encourage customers to personalise their Christmas gifts this year!
