We've made it to Friday again and we have another #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost for you! This week we have selected Hobbycraft Stevenage as our 'hero store' as they have been sharing some great broadcasts and having some awesome conversations with their customers.

We love this tweet featuring store colleague Vicki as it's great to see stores sharing what expertise colleagues have. The store have also ensured to remind their customers to pop in and talk to Vicki if they have any sewing queries- this is awesome! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hobbycraft Stevenage have also ensured to keep their customers updated with what is happening in their local store. Stevenage have shared some images of the half-term children's activities which is great as it can let local individuals know what to expect and potentially encourage them to book on to an event.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The store have also been having some great short conversations with their customers:

 

In the above conversation, the store have shared a post from the brand account with some information about Hobbycraft's make of the month competition. The store's local customer DLRocks has responded mentioning that they have entered the competition. Store colleague Ams then goes on to encourage the customer to share their makes, this is great!

 

 

The same customer who is interested in rock painting has then gone on to hide a rock in store. Hobbycraft Stevenage's colleagues have found the rock and then tweeted the customer back, the customer seems very happy with this response!

 

It is great to see store's having multiple conversations with the same customer as this can help to build a strong rapport.

 

Having conversations through Twitter with your customers is a great way to build on the store to customer relationship. It is a great opportunity to get to know your customers and encourage them to come into store! Why not try and start your own conversation with an engaging question in relation to your business.
