Can you believe it! February has flown by! As usual we are back to share another #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost with you before you sign-off for the weekend.
For this week's blogpost we wanted to highlight an awesome achievement from one our clients, Hobbycraft. Last week Hobbycraft achieved number 5 in The Sunday Times 25 best companies to work for in 2020. We saw a few awesome broadcasts from stores sharing this with their customers but one conversation from Hobbycraft Solihull particularly stood out for us as it was awesome to see the great rapport between the store and customer.
Hobbycraft Solihull shared the achievement at store level with their customers via a broadcast. This then encouraged some conversation with one of the stores customers who they often engage with on Twitter.
As the conversation developed there is even mention of a new product that is coming to store soon, this is fantastic as it is great to see excitement building for product launches.
What makes store colleagues Deb and Caroline #ShopfloorHeroes?
- Store colleagues Deb and Caroline both consistently remember to use personal sign-offs in all of their responses. This is great as it lets the customer know who they are talking to.
- We often see multiple colleagues from Solihull getting involved in the same conversation, this is fantastic to see as it presents Twitter as a team sport and also adds variety for the customer.
- Solihull always ensure to respond promptly to their customers, as you can see this conversation developed over a couple of days.
It has been great to see Hobbycraft colleagues so excited about this greta achievement! They ROCK!
