Welcome back to our #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost, we hope you have had a good week and are ready for the weekend. For this week's blogpost, we wanted to share an awesome short conversation we saw from Hobbycraft Stevenage last week.

The following conversation began when Hobbycraft Stevenage's customer reached out to the store to enquire about stock.

Store colleague, Ams, has responded promptly to let the customer know what is currently available in store. Ams has even ensured to ask the customer whether they wanted any products put aside ready to collect on their visit into store.

Ams has used personal sign-offs throughout the conversation which is fantastic as it allows the customer to know who they are talking to. It's great to see how up-beat Ams' responses are throughout the conversation.

We have also seen some good broadcasts from the store over the past few weeks. It is great to see store's using Twitter to offer recommendations to customers.

Hobbycraft Stevenage have also ensured to highlight some of the wonderful talent of their store colleagues, we love this cake and bear made by Stevenage's talented colleagues.

Highlighting colleague makes on Twitter is a great way to offer inspiration to customers and encourage them to have a go themselves.

Stevenage have made sure to use brand and local hashtags in their tweets. Local hashtags are a great way to engage with customers in the local area who may also be using or following these hashtags.
