Hello September! It's Friday so that means it's time for another #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost where we share some of our favourite broadcasts or conversations from our awesome clients that we have seen during the week.
For this week's blogpost we have selected Hobbycraft Ipswich as our hero store! Store colleague Carmen has been having some great conversations with customers on the stores behalf.
The following conversation began from an engaging broadcast which included a question, this is great as this encouraged conversation with the store’s customers:

- Store colleague Carmen has responded promptly, the conversation developed over a 1 day period.
- Carmen has ensured to use personal sign-offs throughout the conversation which enables the customer to know who they are talking to.
- Carmen has been very upbeat in her responses and has ensured to ask further questions to find out more about the customer and build a rapport.
The initial broadcast has also encouraged further engagement from the store's followers. Again, Carmen has responded promptly in an up-beat manner.
