Happy Friday! September has gone by in a flash, but we are back with this week’s instalment of #ShopfloorHeroes. As we are fast approaching Halloween and Christmas, for this blogpost, we have selected 4 of our favourite seasonal broadcast we have seen over the past week.
Hobbycraft stores have used seasonal broadcasts to highlight some of the awesome products that they have had come into store as well as to offer inspiration to customers. This is awesome as it is a good way to showcase the talent of store colleagues and also let local customers know which store colleagues they can ask for advice for their various projects.

It’s been great to see all of the fantastic in-store displays and how creative store colleagues have been as well as store colleagues showcasing the awesome products that are on offer.
Similarly to last week, here are some tips to consider when composing your own broadcast tweets for your store:
1. Aim to use photos of your own store colleagues (make sure to get their permission first).
2. Share your in-store displays on Twitter. Hobbycraft stores are always very creative with their in-store displays, it is always great to see this captured in tweets.
3. Ensure to use an up-beat copy with useful information for customers.
